Xishan Primary LLP - To Lead is to serve

The iCARE competencies encourage leaders to be Innovative, Connected, Advocating, Role-Model, and Empathetic, working together to lead with purpose, integrity, respect, and care for others.

Tier 1: Engage develops students’ personal leadership from Primary 1 to 6 by building self-management, values, empathy, teamwork, and advocacy skills, empowering them to lead themselves, serve others, and contribute meaningfully to their school and community.

The LLP-IPW programme develops compassionate and responsible student leaders by engaging them in real-world projects on environmental sustainability, active ageing, and social inclusion, empowering them to create positive impact in their school and community.

Through experience, students develop confidence as communicators, strengthen thier leadership skills and learn how their voices can influence positive change.
